Quality control of finished fabrics is an important, strategic stage for our mending centre, carried out by competent, qualified personnel, using advanced machinery to guarantee high performance.
Quality control of finished fabrics is divided into:
– pre-control;
– central selvedge inspection;
– colour control;
– shrinkage testing;
– reporting of flaws;
– packaging and shipping.
The fabric is subsequently checked using inspection machines. During this stage the operator reports any flaws found and manually intervenes to remove any imperfections and anomalies, if necessary.
